Lovely hotel, not as plush as I thought it would have been. Nothing special about this hotel apart from it being bigger than most and larger rooms. stayed in most hotels in Manchester.

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff, lovely breakfast at the stunning restaurant, smooth check in and out, and convenient location in the city. I’d love to stay longer next time!
Hotel doesn’t have parking, but we got a discount for over night parking at public car park.

A lovely old building . The tiles and old style are really striking.
Central location.
Large room which was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast service at the weekend was a bit hit and miss. It seemed they were short staffed.

The hotel is located close to Oxford rd station and next to the palace theatre in Manchester. The location is why I choose the hotel, on my next trip to Manchester I would stay elsewhere.
The car parking arrangements are in convenient and the car park used was badly lit, I didn’t use it on the second night of my stay.
The hotel is ok not exceptional.
