Location is close to Manchester U, which is why we chose this hotel. Breakfast is good, staff is polite.
There’s nothing much around the property. Food selection around is not much.

For the price we paid it was great. Really fancy and well kept. Very clean.
We had to pay a £50 deposit for anything we “might use” we were staying one night and didn’t think that was really necessary and it wasn’t listed on booking.com that we had to pay it. It just said they may need details for check in. So we were a little surprised.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff were above and beyond with their service wherever we went in the hotel.
I love the fact that we were offered an upgrade when we got there and the room was beautiful, with breathtaking views of the city (view photo attached!)
