Stayed here with a group of 10 friends. The staff were really friendly and helpful! Unfortunately breakfast wasn't available due to renovations, but they let us check in early instead, which really helped with our plans. When we checked out, they even had breakfast bags ready for all 10 of us to take away. Such a nice gesture and great service!

Great central location next to Piccadilly station. Friendly staff who brought us a replacement hairdryer when ours wasn’t working. Loved how spacious the rooms were, making it feel very confortable
Not much other than a bit of dust higher up but the ceilings are quite high

The room was very spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again
The only thing I would say needed improving in the room we had would be the TV. It was quite small and dated but still functional.

Central location, less than 5 minute walk to Piccadilly train station and eateries around Piccadilly Gardens.
The room was cold when we returned in the evening so we put the heating on, but this unfortunately kept us awake at night due to the constant noises it made. Also the floorboards could be heard if someone walked above you. The decor of the rooms didn’t make sense or fit with the style of the hotel. For example, the artwork felt like it was placed there without much thought.
