Central location, helpful staff. Fantastic views from higher floors over the city. Very good value.

One lift was broken, remaining two took an age ( I waited 10 mins) And lift location indicators on each floor don’t exist, just whether it is coming up or going down. And this is a 20 storey hotel. Very frustrating.

The Hotel is very close to Leeds Station and the City. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good storage space. Very good breakfast.

The lighting above the bed is odd (the light shines across one side of the bed rather than focusing on it) and the lighting above the desk area is poor. More hooks would have been good in the room and in the bathroom.

The location, staff ehere helpful.

The table in room was dirty, I could hear everthing from the room behind me.

I had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. Check in was farcical. We arrived early but the 2 rooms i had booked were not ready. Other people were checking in which was strange. We returned as instructed at 2.30 but no rooms available, lots more people checking in. I asked why this was and was told in no uncertain terms "your rooms aren't ready" Went back to the desk at 3.10 to be told the same again I was annoyed now as we must have seen 20 rooms taken. A manager came over, explained that 2 rooms together were not available. This was never requested at any point by me, never explained by staff previously. I said that was not an issue, our rooms were changed and we ended up 2 doors apart. Staff were quite abrupt and rude. Breakfast was average. Bacon hardly cooked, steamed black pudding, only scrambled egg, no jam for toast or croissants (marmalade or Nutella only)
