Location to the train station and city centre. Breakfast was good. Plenty of lifts to the floors. Big-size rooms that were clean, warm and comfortable.

Our room (king-size suite with kitchette) was lovely, far better than we expected.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice to suit lots of needs and requirements.
Rooftop bar was a stunning space and the food was exceptional.
All staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.
Looking forward to returning I'm the future
I would only suggest a mat for the shower tray as it felt a little slippery under foot

Fantastic location - really handy for the train station, good size rooms and delicious breakfast.
Only 2 coat hangers. Why are there never enough coat hangers?!

Clean room and comfortable bed with good facilities
Noisy room under late bar or nightclub until the early hours. We had chosen an accessible room by mistake but the bathroom door was very difficult to close or open - all reported to reception.
