Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %7 / 10Bon·oct. 2026
Location, pleasant helpful staff, cleanliness. Convenience of parking. Nice cosy bed.
So many things being “extras” eg, bathrobe £5, payment to use pool. Room was cold and didn’t warm up when heating turned up.

Position
Relative unclean
We found previous occupants tablets on the carpet
Bathroom was very clean

Location. Lovely big bedroom with shower and a bath. Efficient lifts, all 4 working. Secure parking underground.
Nothing to dislike

Central location. Good room sizes. Great communal areas. Bathroom good size.
Stained carpet, broken fixtures. Tried to report it 3 times and no note made to make sure at least we weren’t to be charged for. Most staff uncaring and incompetent.
