Room was lovely and clean. Wonderful air conditioning that was really appreciated in this current heatwave!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating from check in to breakfast to checking out
Enquired about leaving our luggage at the hotel before check in, as we arrived in Cardiff at around 11.15am and was really surprised that we were allowed to check in and a room was ready for us.
This made such a difference to our stay. We were able to freshen up before going out to explore Cardiff.
The breakfast was delicious and such a great choice.
We checked out after breakfast and left our luggage with reception who locked it away for us.
More exploring of Cardiff and then back to the Marriott for lunch in Brown's restaurant before getting the train home.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

Room for 3 adults, but only 2 bath towels, and 2 cups to make coffee or tea. Requested some and was quickly sorted .

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely but a bit cold.
Air conditioning in our room was lousy, not cold enough and air flow was ineffective, room was way too hot to sleep in.
Location was great for city centre
