Everything was working and there were a number of extras. Tissues, enough tea and coffee, great hairdryer. The hoppa service is great too! Very quiet!
Nothing really, it was fine! Except it is very large and possibly a little intimidating for a woman travelling alone. I would have liked a better locking system on my door!

Location to Gatwick airport. Enjoyed meal in their restaurant. Easy walking to ye Olde Six Bells pub to enjoy a bit of history.

The hotel is very close to the train station and airport. I tried to find out if the shuttle ran from the train station but never found out. The train station is connected to the airport, so you can walk from the train station to the airport and catch the Hoppa bus to the hotel. The bus is 8.50 per person compared to about 50 for an Uber. The hotel room was very spacious, had a desk, safe, small fridge and fold out couch. It was a great price and we opted to include the breakfast which was plentiful and tasty. We will definitely stay here again if we need lodging in Gatwick.

Close to airport
Desk staff member was confused at our booking, we needed to come back down and get a new room as he gave our brother the twin beds instead of us. Another staff member helped.
