The location, breakfast and pool were great. Overall very good value for money. Would recommend this hotel.
Bathroom a bit dated in our room. Phoned buzzed all night. Air con rattled. But overall a nice big room.

Excellent location, super cool 90s hotel vibe with beautiful imperial-themed Royal Restaurant, friendly service, very good value for money, and excellent soundproofing! I was especially surprised by how good the soundproofing is despite the hotel being across from a nightclub and lively street. I couldn’t hear anything from the street even though we had a balcony. The location is spectacular, right on the harbour but close to a lot of restaurants, night life, parks and attractions. Hue might be my favourite city in Vietnam now.
I suggest that the cleaners check to make sure they have removed the dried insect cocoons from the ceiling corners and walls. Some of the breakfast buffet food was not at a decent temperature at 8:40am after sitting out too long as well. Despite these two minor issues, this hotel is excellent value for money and very charming! We recommend.

Accueil première réceptionnistes sympa , mais les autres pas du tout , parle mal anglais . L'emplacement était bien
La piscine , petite à deux pas de la rue sur bondée..aucun espace zen , tout est froid . On y est pas retourné.
La chambre,ils nous ont mis au 1 er le balcon donnait sur une grille et arrière cours très salé, et surtout elle donnait sous les escaliers et donc on entendait les gens descendre en cavalant , ca tapait au dessus Boum boum
.les couloirs sont lugubres ..
Après ils nous ont changé au 4 ème s'était mieux mais tout est vieillot
La réception,on est parti une nuit plus tôt sans demander de remboursement, c'est elle qui m'a fait comprendre que j'aurais rien , mais les qq euros du mini bar j'ai dû payer ..pas du tout commercial. Et pas agréable.
l'hôtel devait être bien en 1990 mais pas renouveler la déco, ect.. , gros building mal entretenu
