The location to the points of interest were nice, good food options nearby, the staff were helpful and very nice. Free croissants in the afternoon!

Every single thing was excellent from the staff cleanliness closeness to the Center of everything.

The location was good.
The elevator wasn’t working. I have cardiac issues. I carried my bag up two flights and my daughter carried it up to the fifth floor. The woman who checked us in said she’d bring it up sometime but couldn’t guarantee when which didn’t work as we had dinner reservations. It wasn’t working the next morning either. A young man carried my bag for me.
I think the facility should have offered its guests breakfast the following day for the inconvenience.
The bed was comfortable. The shower looks mouldy and the carpets look dirty
