Brilliant location for shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were fantastic Sky couldn't be anymore helpful as well as all the staff so friendly nothing was a problem for them. Food was so fresh and cooked well. We have booked our next stay and will always stay there whenever we are in the area.

The place was clean. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly helping with our larger suitcase on the stairs.
Unfortunately, we chose a roast dinner on our arrival on Sunday around 5pm ish which was not very good; the veg had obviously been hanging around the the gravy was 'gloopy'.
We could have done with a full-length mirror in our room. We could have done with a good reading light by the bed.
We hadn't realised that there would be so many stairs, some of which were quite narrow.
