Such a beautiful hotel and perfect location, its a 3 minute walk from the station. The view over the lake are stunning. Staff really friendly and help. They do great cavery. Will be returning next year.

Beautiful view from our balcony.
Well we had trouble with the hot water we couldn't have a shower.it was fixed but unfortunately we were leaving on the same day as only there for a night .they did however give us a free breakfast .so we were happy .we have stayed at the wherry before a very lovely hotel . wouldn't stop us staying again .staff were all lovely 😍

Excellent room (209) with the best view in town out over Oulton Broad. Good food…both dinner and breakfast.
No one at reception on arrival. We were not told we should book table for evening when checking in. Tried online when booking room but no bookings available Sunday. Should have been asked at check in if wanted table for dinner. It was resolved but a hassle that could have been avoided. As we looked around several tables reserved, which we could not understand as could not book online before arrival. Staff member did resolve it and found us a table.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was good and breakfast excellent.
After a trek to find our room with heavy bags on arrival, the key did not work! We found the shower curtain too long as it spread across half the bath floor area. We only just found a parking space on the Saturday evening (next to the skip).
No reception staff were available when we needed some more milks for drinks but the bar staff provided a jug of fresh milk that was very welcome.
