Breakfast was great 👍 the room only big enough for one person not two with a 3/4 bed ,not enough storage space. The men on reception were brilliant. Better room we would stop there again!!!
The room not for two persons

The location
The stairs. There was a lift which I checked before booking and close to the venue I was going to, however I have never stayed in a hotel ( I know it is Victorian), that has a lift to your floor then you have to go down a flight of steep stairs only to up another set of steep stairs to reach your room. Very poor communication I don’t know how other guests with limited mobility manage.
