The decor, the location and friendly staff
Just the tea/coffee facilities in the room weren't amazing.

The room front facing was very good very clean as was the rest of the hotel. As I don’t like lifts a room on a lower floor would be preferable next time. The bar and restaurant were excellant. The food was delicious. We ate breakfast and evening meal during our stay. The staff from arrival were very polite and nothing was too much trouble.
We didn’t dislike the room is was very good and spacious it was just a little too high up

Fantastic location, the room could do with checking before guests stay but as I've stopped there a couple of times it's very good.
The fire door was broken.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, the hotel does not have its own parking, and finding a parking space nearby was quite difficult. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed assistance with my luggage, they were happy to help and provided great service.
The breakfast was average and the selection was rather limited. Overall, the excellent location and friendly staff were the highlights of my stay, but the room quality and lack of parking made the experience less enjoyable.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the room. I booked a standard room, but it was much smaller than expected. It was difficult for two people with even one suitcase to move around comfortably. Another issue was the floor, which creaked loudly whenever someone walked on it, and that became quite annoying.
