The Chancery Pavilion

This was my second stay at the hotel and it was really wonderful I did not have to think twice before booking my hotel for the second option thank you so much

I like the hospitality the cleanliness

Live Dosa counter was good, Sambar Udapi is not upto the mark, chatanees are not upto the mark

Dosa , uttapam

It's a fair value for the money. Location: the hotel is not too far from MG road. Nice staff

It's definitely not a 5-star hotel, as it's being advertised. The room looked slightly run-down, but was clean. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. I was asked to vacate the table for other people while waiting for my order which they forgot about.

Good staff. Nice location. Spacious rooms.

They gave a room where renovation work was going on.. it took a while for them to move us to a. new room only after our complaint. Wondering why they allocated room in a floor where work was ongoing. Some small issues in the toilet. Wash basin hot water not coming . We have to request for additional toiletries for the 3 adult when they already knew about the additional person. . I have stayed before this visit and it.used to be good. Also I had made prepayment in booking.com, but the reception insisted on paying at the hotel again and my earlier payment.got credited.
