Over all stay neat nd clean but snacks is been charged for a salted peanut a lot which is not the real price

The breakfast was complete as anyone would expect and the orders for eggs and dosa were fast enough. The room was cozy enough for three people that we were staying. The were little shortcomings in the gym but I was happy that nice equipment were there.
It came to me as a surprise that there is no pool there. However, that was not a big shortcoming.
The treadmill in the gym is not long and broad enough, if someone wants to run fast- above 16 kmph... so its an incorrect choice.

Only one suit room per floor... either multiple suits per floor or one floor with suit & superior rooms to be planned...

Location is not bad at all, even though not so easy to find as it is hidden behind a big gate especially if you reach the hotel at night for the first time
Heavy smell of smoking from rooms on my floor during my stay and some noisy work going on. It would also be nice if there is an ashtray or ash bin in front of the hotel.
