Grand Hyatt Singapore

The rooms are super beautiful and elegant. Spacious enough. Modern but not flashy. It feels warm and cozy. Very clean. Excellent service throughout the stay. The Location is just perfect.

Restaurant buffet is overpriced. Laundry service also overpriced. No windows that you can open in the room.

How spacious the rooms were and how luxurious it was, the hospitality of the front desk, how close everything was.

Absolutely o complaint about the Grand Hyatt in Singapore. Beautiful hotels with large quality rooms. Everything worked in the room. Breakfast was amazing. Different stations serving everything from fruit to curries, cereals to laksa. The Italian restaurant on site served some of the best pasta I’ve ever had

Convenient location

- I requested not to arrange my room at the end of the hallway. But my room was at the end of the hallway - my room is facing all aircon compressor from the building opposite. I never stayed in a 5 stars hotel with a poor view like this. Which is not worth for the room rate. - especially I mentioned would be appreciated to have a nice room, as this was a trip to celebrate my birthday with my family. - From my past experience with Grand Hyatt, it was very thoughtful, attention to details. But this time was disappointed , room is dusty, still had sauces from my in room breakfast after housekeeping services. - lastly, was surprised even was my birthday, not even a greeting card in the room when checking in.
