Hotel Perula & SPA

L'hôtel est très bien, la réception ainsi que le personnel sont des gens très professionnels et bienveillants. Nous avons passé un séjour tout confort. La propriété de la chambre et de l'hôtel est un point très satisfaisant, le petit déjeuner complet.L hôtel est bien placé, une place touristique, des bus, des tramways. L'infrastructure vous permet de vous déplacer facilement. Je garde un bon souvenir de ce premier séjour à Istambul. Un remerciement aux dames de ménages qui font un bon travail, aux différents messieurs à la réception. Nous reviendrons prochainement. Merci.

The staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly. The hotel was near all the key places we wanted to visit in the old town. Special thanks to Hamit and his friend, who kindly helped to fix my nieces wheelchair when one of the wheels came off - so grateful 🙏🏽 It was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely come back again.

Breakfast and reception staff

Far from my usual hotel experiences l've had in several other countries. Barely a smile from housekeeping. Reception guys were nice. Food at breakfast was good. Other than that, rooms are small, old and some things are broken. There was a day where housekeeping came late in the afternoon to make up the room but we already came back and we needed to sleep. We asked them to simply change the towels and take out the trash. 10min later, they knocked again for no reason. Some other hotel staff was also rude. Had 2 bad moments at the elevator with them. They're impatient even when you have a baby on one hand and a kid holding the other while carrying a stroller and bags. One of our rooms overlooked a street where the noise and honking were constant. Baby chair at rooftop restaurant was always on the terrace, so wet with rain and unusable during breakfast. Plus, way too expensive for what it is.
