The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I have ever experienced.
The breakfast was good quality.
I didn’t think it reflected a £500 per night hotel.

Good location, nice rooms.
We were given a room, we started to get ready and the receptionist came to the room and said he had given us the wrong room, we were asked to move. We moved, it was very disappointing as the first room was so elegant and so much space. The second room was a box room which is what we booked so fair enough. However we then found out that the first room wasn’t even being used. I feel we should have never been asked to move.
