Comfortable and quiet on high floor. Good restaurants and breakfast. Comfortable beds.
The TV remote is old style and very difficult to handle. The lifts are tad slow. The bar has no beer on the tap.

We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony, which was very convenient , nice view plus smokingin balcxony was possible

Nice hotel. Clean. Room service works. I felt safe. Breakfast is also nice (eggs Benedict are really good), although you may find that there is not much variety if you are staying for more than a few nights. Metro station is really close, which is convenient.
All in all, nice hotel. Maybe a bit pricey, but does not feel like a rip off. It could be renovated as it feels a bit outdated, but otherwise without complaints.
The electricity went out a few times during my stay, but I don’t know if that is hotel’s or Delhi thing.
There is one complaint, though. They really push you to leave review. I did not want to do it in front of them because I hate being forced.

Nice pool, great breakfast, comfy bed
Ageing room, poor Toiletries and dryer in bathroom, no premium feeling in comparison to money spent, lower flexibility in staff - Took 1.5 hrs to checkin because of some manageable confusion in booking, 1.5 hrs early checkin also couldn’t happen and so had to wait it out, which was bad considering our 12 hr long overnight flight.
