Spotlessly Clean Amazing staff

The staff are superb! The reception is friendly and professional. The breakfast staff are kind, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. We slept very well.

I would definitely go back because I enjoyed it so much but there were a couple minor issues. The pool/pool area was not in service - this was an important reason for choosing the hotel, to get over jetlag for a few days. Check to confirm the pool will be available for your dates. A second minor issue was that the reception made the room charge credit card pre-authorization in my home currency instead of INR, this made the room about $10 more expensive daily. Request that any pre-athorizations or payments be done only in INR currency.

The hotel itself was decent, but the service was disappointing. The reception staff were rude and sarcastic, and I felt there was preferential treatment towards guests who were not of Indian origin. I requested an early check-in, which I was willing to pay for, but the first staff member rejected it without even checking my booking details. Shortly after, another counter offered the same arrangement to a different guest. The security guards were the only staff who deserve praise. Luggage delivery to our room took over 30 minutes, and despite calling twice in advance at checkout, no one came to assist with our bags. I eventually had to bring everything down myself, while other guests with fewer bags were assisted. Overall, not value for money. I have had much better experiences at other hotels.
