Staff is very welcoming and nice
It’s a little small

The space in the room, the bathtub and the beds
The elevator is dangerous, closes the door very fast. I have a problem with it.
The receptionist who attended me was very rude. That's all

Location is really good, literally steps away from a subway station that takes you to other parts of the city.

Good breakfast, opened early which is a must for some people. Convenient location - metro accessible.
Nowhere to relax except in the cramped room. Scant amenities.
