Location, staff, rooms, food, entertainment, Neil. What a beautiful resort, stunning setting and lovely people
We could not get a fresh coconut at “Coconuts Resort” we stayed for 10 days and were told the whole time we couldn’t get a fresh coconut even though the whole island is full of them and so is the resort? They also have fresh coconuts on the menu but they didn’t serve them??

The over water fale was lovely. The view is amazing. It was clean and welcoming. The beach is lovely. Food was nice. The staff were lovely however I felt sorry for the ladies having to carry our bags when there were men standing around.
I didn't like that there was no umbrella in the room. The bath tub plug couldn't be screwed in properly so the bath leaked. For the price which included breakfast was poor. It was disappointing that the path didn't go all the way to the end so we didn't have to carry our bags over the sand. It would have been nice is fale had a ladder for direct access into the ocean from your fale. Need more than 2 pillows on the bed as there were none in the cupboard.

Location was good, ambiance of restaurant was good. Culture day and evening entertainment was very good. Air Con downstairs was very good but difficult given the nature/build style of room.
Everything just seemed a bit tired e.g the water sports gear, room facilities. The room was ok but very tired. The bed old, not very comfortable. We wondered if it was the original bed from when it was built back in the 90's.
Water feature outside the room wasn't good for mosquitos
