Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa

Good location on the beach and near two other resorts which we went to for lunch and dinner.

The location, beautiful villas, happy hour and karaoke!

We loved the staff and they were so friendly smiling and professional. I think the rooms were not that smart and I think they were too expensive for what they were.

I think the rooms were very plain. They need updating to make them worth the money that is charged. There needs to be a mirror in the bedrooms.

The staff were very good - so friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff were excellent - such a lovely clean room every day. Loved swimming with the turtles out front of the resort. Restaurant meals were of a very high standard with a good variety on the menu. Thanks for a great holiday.

Breakfast was a bit limited in choice but nice.

Majority staff were amazing and super friendly. Service was the best part about the stay!

The room we were in didnt have a phone and so when we needed something we had to go and see staff physically or call using our own phone. On the first night, we tried to ring for room service and there was no phone. Then when the staff came to get our order physically, the girls who came couldnt stop laughing uncontrollably, so much so that one of them had to walk away. I dont mind joking around but this seemed unprofessional. Also, the bed was two king singles im guessing that are put together. Normally this is fine at other hotels ive been to, but this one was very uncomfortable and kept splitting. I am pregnant and had horrible sleep while there.
