Dated but spotlessly clean. Well provisioned…tea, coffee, sugar , biscuits…and quality toilet paper!! Really cold fridge, microwave, glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery…everything you could need.
Oh, and most importantly, a comfortable bed. Right on the highway but even though I’m a light sleeper I didn’t notice any traffic noise.
Our daughter and family had a family room which was excellent.
Lovely walk along the river nearby to stretch your legs after a day in the car.
A little far from the main town area if you wanted to walk out for dinner.

Great that it had an on-site restaurant, even though it was limited serving hours. Meal was nice and staff lovely..
Rooms are tired, they need revamping, repainting etc and new cabinetry. It seems there is alot of workers staying overnight, so that's great for business and they may not possibly be as picky as someone on holiday. Its quiet so that was great. A suggestion, it would be great to have a coffee machine in the foyer area, it could be coin/ eftpos chargeable, just for the early mornings as you dont do breakfasts.
