Room was pristinely clean. The gardens and pool were immaculate. Young man at reception was extremely affable and spent much time out and about the pool and property. Plenty of parking space. Would be hard to get a better location as a short 5 minute walk gets you to supermarket restaurant and CBD. Value for $$$$ at top of tree.
While an older style of motel this counterbalanced by value for money. Rooms were a little dark, but LED lighting rather than the screws ins (in our room anyway) would solve that one.

Good value for an ok room in a convenient location (could walk to main street for dinner). Manager was cheerful and friendly. Parking outside the door.
Room a bit musty and dark, with no good way to get fresh air.

Great location close to the Hume highway but away from traffic noise.
The room was a generous size.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
Very helpful and friendly reception staff.
Quick and easy check in and check out.
Terrible shower. Very poor water pressure.
Noise from other guests late at night.
