The “onsen theme park” is amazing. Among the many onsens, one stands out as probably the best I have visited in many years of coming to Japan.
Also, food was fantastic.
It’s a little aged.

17 Private onsen is fun. I love 3 of them with an open-air feel.
If you want to go there. Better Drive and drive carefully. It's road through the moutain. But worth to drive.

Variety of hot baths. Friendly staff. Great scenery.
Buildings were a bit old. No leg space in the bathroom. Some rooms were cold.
