The staff were exceptional

The location of the of the hotel was excellent as it was in the heart of Bath. The staff were kind and courteous and very attentive. I would consider staying at this hotel again.
The only thing I didn't like about my superior rooms was the little attention to detail the cushions needed to be washed as you could clearly see that they were creaming colour and they were dirty. I had an extremely large bed. One side was comfortable the other side was very hard. . I was fortunate to have breakfast at the hotel which was lovely, I ordered scrambled eggs on toast but I didn't like the eggs as I felt that they were powdered.

Staff were very friendly
The coffee machine was not plugged in and was impossible to move the desk

Location was great -
The room wasn’t as described in the pictures, only having one bedside table is not acceptable in a premium room. There was no space around the bed, only breakfast tea and coffee as an option, not even a bottle of water in the room. Bathroom could be cleaner.
