Very close to the centre of Bath.

A little note was left along side chocolates for my mams birthday. That was such a sweet touch !! Thank you Olivia who did that. The property was beautiful. We had a patio room which was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Lots of options at breakfast.
Parts of the garden were closed off. However we only wanted a look. It did not affect our stay what so ever!!!!!

The staff were all lovely and the service very good. Breakfast was OK. The bathroom was very clean and the shower excellent.
We had paid for a room with a garden view which we were unable to see properly as there was scaffolding around the balcony attached to the bedroom. We were not made aware of this until after we had paid for the accommodation. It was OK for one night but we would not have wanted to stay longer. The rook was very hot overnight and because of the scaffolding and locks on the windows it was quite stifling.
