Great location to both the MRT & Orchard Road. Unfortunately the pool was being repaired while we were there so we didn’t get any time around the pool like we were hoping to. We were offered transport to another venue though. The staff were fantastic. We had a problem with the shower in our first apartment and we were moved to a higher standard apartment the next day. As we were there for the Formula 1 racing, they also supplied us both with a portable fan to keep us cool at the race track.
Not any gluten free options at breakfast.

Nice location , laundry facilities in the room , swimming pool and great customer service
Relevant old facilities

I came in early to the property, ahead of the check in time. While the staff at the reception was unhelpful, intervention from the manager helped make things comfortable while I waited to check-in. Just a few kind words and assurance that the team is doing their best to accomodate an early check-in, are enough which is what the Manager offered. I have stayed at Adina before and will stay again.
The front desk staff can be trained better to support the incoming guests especially ones who have come a long way - I travelled from US to Singapore only to find an indifferent front staff.

Close to everything, including orchard road shops. Fitted 6 of us comfortably. Cool apartment after hot days outside.
Everything was great. Just didn’t get told about the pool
Under renovation until we were there but they organised a grab to their sister apartment for a swim there.
