Amber Springs Hotel

Got an early checking from a beautiful staff afyer telling her im working n i have my 83 year old dad.little didcwe know she made our day my dad passed away om his hol the following saturday.that was his last vesutiful stay

Ticked all the boxes but for us as an adult couple the pool was exceptional when we swam before 9am no kids

The breakfast room in the morning was very warm and the tables a little conjested

Great for kids, an enjoyable stay for my daughter

Food was good but the service was very poor, we were waiting a while to order & when we did order the drinks were very slow to come. We asked for the pasta for my daughter to come asap as we had ordered steak which could be slow but the steak came before the pasta as it was forgotten about.

Facilities, room was nice and big and lots of room for kids

Breakfast was awful , the "hot" food was only warm, the beans were not refilled even though they were empty. I asked for vegan pancakes and they spent 30 minutes kept saying be out soon ended up having to cancel as had a meeting to attend. The vegan sausages were really bad- please get rid of these and simply have dennys sausages available or something thats tasty! Very dissapointed with breakfast overall. Asked for toast and what came out was warmed bread, not toast. Only had almond milk as an alternative- not a fan. No oat, cococonut or soy? Crazy! AT the BGB restaurant downstairs I nearly ate a prawn taco because the waiter put two dishes down referring to them both as cauliflower tacos. Misleading with the 2 for 15 with the tacos on the menu, we thought we were getting 2 dishes of tacos when it was 2 actual tacos only. Very confusing. Also got questioned about our payment for the room which was a little odd 3 days later!
