Location is a pleasant respite from the congestion of Tokyo. Hotel dining room has a view of the sea and the large green area of Shiosai Park. Breakfast is good quality. Very close to the train station , restaurants, and outlet shopping, and a large Aeon Mall is at the next station. Airport buses take you directly to Haneda or Narita from in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly and always available to answer questions.
Room was small.

It’s located in a good area in Makuhari, close to the outlet mall and walkways that will lead you to Makuhari Messe and ZOZO Marine Stadium. I stayed here because I attended an event at Makuhari Messe. The staff provided exceptional service and greeted everyone as they entered or left the hotel. I am a tall person, and the bathtub was big enough to take comfortable baths. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I’d stay here again because they provided great value for the price compared to some of the more expensive hotels nearby.
In the breakfast buffet, the pancake machine could use more visual instructions because guests appeared confused as to how to use it. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else about this hotel.

Great location. It was a short walk to the outlets and the train station.
The beds were so comfortable! Most beds I. Japan are hard. These has just enough spring.
I loved breakfast on the 14th floor overlooking the ocean. The view and food were spectacular.

Very cheap and convenient for China conference centre
Strictly no check in until 2 - no where to even freshen up after an early morning flight - quite inflexible about things like having to commit to breakfast 24 hrs prior. Only a gree teabag in room no coffee nothing else
