8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
This location is very convenient, with the train station and several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle (available for a fee) is also a good option. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced for the cost and quality. However, the facilities are older and outdated. The hotel does not include basic amenities such as an exercise gym, but it is a good option for those who simply want clean rooms in a great location.

Stayed in the Japanese style room for 2 nights and it was the best choice. Loved the traditional bath which I used at least 4x myself. The location was excellent too: 1) there’s airport bus right downstairs and the train station was just 1-2 mins walk, 2) 7-11 x2 and Fam Mart 1-2 mins walk 3) huge Aeon supermarket 3mins walk 4) Aeon Mall which made the Costco look tiny 7mins drive or 1 JR stop. This was the best landing zone to wear off the jet lag.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Miss Y. Nokura deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. She was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful throughout my visit. I would also like to mention Thu, who was equally attentive and always willing to lend a hand.
It is clear that the team here takes pride in providing excellent service, and these two staff members are a perfect example of that. Their warm and genuine attitude made all the difference in my experience, and I would not hesitate to return.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional customer service.
