we had yet another wonderful stay at the Ness and were so so pleased to have had an upgrade on arrival which was such a lovely surprise, especially as it was my birthday
Staff are all amazing, nothing too much trouble, our room was spectacular. We love it here and will most definitely be back
Thankyou so so much for such another amazingly enjoyable visit

We had a very spacious, clean and comfortable room which was very stylish and had everything we needed for our two day stay. We were very fortunate to have lovely views and a balcany to sit and admire them.
Breakfast was very plentiful and nicely cooked. Particularly enjoyed the fresh honeycomb.
Unfortunately the evening meals didn't hit the mark! They were pre prepared and reheated, my new potatoes were grey and cold, l was however compensated with a complimentary desert and coffee.
