Loved the location, security, 24 hr reception, pool, breakfast and staff were so friendly.

Nothing our stay was great

Great location, near to a lot of landmark ard KL. A lot of parking space and parking was free. Front dest desk staff are well trained and polite. Quite and comfort environment.

Cleaness of toilet need to be upgrade. Shower head in one of the room are broken.

The Staff was prompt and quite efficient and they knew exactly how to make us feel comfortable in a foreign country. The location is excellent and all the popular destinations were just a 10 min walk away. I actually enjoyed strolling the streets of KLCC and Bukit Bintang at night with the comfort of knowing that our apartment was still quite close to us. The apartment was quite spacious and my little girls had a blast on days we just stayed in the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a big family as one can use the spacious lounge for night take outs.

There were some roach problems in the bathroom but the staff was quick to respond to every one of my calls and even took care of the problem for the time being. The breakfast was an option between two cafes and I loved The Gardenman but the breakfast menu was so limited I didn't want to eat the same menu 5 days in a row, although the cafe itself had some really great dishes to try.

This time I am quite disappointed. The rooms need better maintenance. In our room, the air conditioning, some lights, and several power sockets were not working. After the technician fixed them, the kitchen air conditioner started leaking heavily. No real apologies or alternative options were offered. Since it was already check-out day, a room change was not helpful anymore. Both the technicians and the receptionist seemed rather unconcerned. If you book this place, please make sure to carefully check the room and all facilities before settling in.
