We loved everything about the property especially the warmth and kindness from all the Raffles and Fairmont staff who accommodated all of our needs. The restaurant breakfast buffet, swimming pools, Spa services, and rooftop bar were all amazing and the location next malls and restaurants was perfect.
Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for welcoming our family and going out of your way to make us feel comfortable.

Breakfast was fine
Service was quick and efficient
Eggs Benedict were too watery. Tomato's were the best I ever tasted
Coffee w as a bit watery Not a wide enough selection of food at the breakfast buffet compared to commensurate hotels in Manila.

Location bathroom bed
Window view a girder in middle. Noisy kids in writers bar and room corridor playing ignored by staff I had to attend
