Great location , clean rooms , great buffet breakfast

Everything was great , pillows could be a bit softer

The hotel facilities met our expectations, with a spacious room and a good-sized bathroom. We also enjoyed the view of RAC Arena from our room, which allowed us to watch the activities and events happening around the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The hotel itself was beautiful, modern and very conveniently located for our stay. The staff were fantastic, and our room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and presented. Overall, the hotel was lovely and suited our needs well for a short stay, particularly due to its convenient location.

Unfortunately, the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable, and the rooms were not well soundproofed from internal noise. We could hear every door slam in the hallway, as well as our neighbouring guest’s phone conversations and loudspeaker almost word for word. If you’re happy being awake from around 6am onwards, this may not be an issue, but if you’re hoping to sleep in and relax, the noise can be quite disruptive. Parking was also disappointing, with the only hotel option being $50 per day valet parking, while the local public parking garage around the corner is also very expensive. If staying during a concert or busy event, expect long waits for the elevators, as there are no stairs available to bypass them. Unfortunately, while we enjoyed the hotel, we wouldn’t choose to stay again unless we were simply coming and going, as it isn’t somewhere we would choose for a relaxing getaway.
