The lovely lady at reception very friendly and helpful. The location to RAC Arena was great. Staying 2 nights for telethon weekend.
just the parking to unload all our gear as we had 4 adults, 1 baby and a young child we had a lot of gear.

The staff were all amazing
You could hear everything in the room,. elevator going up and down, people on the street. The room was very basic and the balcony was very cramp. The pillows were really stiff. I don't feel it was worth the price tag.
