The hotel and rooms are very cosy and nice. There was enough of toiletries and everything we might need in the room. Wellness was very nice and modern. Breakfast were good. The staff was exceptionally nice - especially Mr. Milos, who was very kind and even had a nice chat with us. We liked that the bar was opened even at the end of season. Drinks at the bar were also very good.
Unfortunately as we were at the end of season the hotel restaurant was closed, but that can be expected at that time of year.

All the staff (cleaning ladies, people in the reception/restaurant) were super nice and helpful. The bed and the pillows were really comfy and the room and bathroom were big and clean (they were cleaned every day). The hotel is in a good location to visit different points of the dolomites. For breakfast you could pick savory and sweet things, coffee, juice, water... We could not recommend it more, looking forward to stay again :)

Our room was not clean. We had mold in the bathroom.there was a funky smell in our room and in the hotel. The sheets were not clean, and they did not change them ( we stayed for 3 nights) . Also 2 pilows had what looked like mold on them. Very nice family runs the hotel. But the hotel... not as nice.
