Great spot. Very clean and nice!
Seemed a bit dark and a little musty.

The admission process was quick.
The man at the front desk was formal, and unfriendly (not rude, just not friendly). The hotel was on a one way street, and not clearly marked. There was no area outside to park legally and I had to go around the block several times before finding a parking place to run in and check in. The room was not well vacuumed. The skirting boards were dusty and linty. There was no information in the room of what was available nearby ie train stations, bus routes, restaurants etc. I am not familiar with Brisbane, which is why I included it in my road trip, but did not enjoy it at all and will not bother next time.
