The Kilnwick Percy Resort and Golf Club

We stayed in pod number 20 that did not have a parking space so we had to park in the main car park

Location, size and cleanliness. Hot tub. Would recommend

Niggles really. No parking near our chalet but there was for others. Lock on front door did not work. Soggy biscuits. I like waterfall shower but I do not always want to get hair wet. Fan in bathroom did not work consistently.

Setting, food and comfort of rooms. Lovely ambience about the place.

Nothing

The bed was nice and comfortable and the room was warm with the hot tub to maximum temperature.

The hot tub was overlooked and very open...not private or romantic at all. There was no hand wash in the en-suite. The room had no sound proofing at all and every noise could be heard from the front door to the talking and shouting from other rooms. We were not offered any breakfast options apart from help yourself to the full English breakfast. Large parties of drunken lads were within our lodge/block and were throwing up (could here it) shouting, banging, and ambulance called durring the stay. This wasn't a isolated incident as friends of ours stayed in the next lodge and had the same if not worse experience.
