Agnes was absolutely brilliant, ensuring our stay was fantastic. Continental breakfast and great coffee and orange juice followed by 10-15 minutes walk to railway station or central Amsterdam. What more does one want? A very friendly and accommodating stay.
If I was being really picky, a separate shampoo rather than all in one wash would have been appreciated.

This was a really fun experience. We were able to walk to most places that we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh and plentiful. Agnes was so very helpful and always cheerful. It is so handy to be close to the Central train station. The common room and deck area were comfortable and a fun place to connect with other guests.
The room was very small and not a place where we spent much time.

Romek gave us a warm welcome and was informative about the workings of the boat. The breakfast was a bonus and full of variety. Excellent free tea and coffee machine. Would recommend to anyone and stay there again if I went back
The room was compact but designed to maximise the space to full use. Not a dislike really.

Excellent location. Attentive and understanding staff. Great breakfast, freshly made. Neat accommodation - what’s not to like about a boat in Amsterdam?
This question forces you find something negative, which is a bit picky. I don’t know, maybe the towels could be larger?
