The facilities are very good, the pool was clean and not crowded, the room was clean, and location is perfect. Most important is the staff, they were very helpful, polite and very friendly, thanks to Shahid, and special thanks to Hamzah for his kindness and for helping me to find suitable rooms to accommodate my family.

The property’s location was excellent and near everything, the rooms were spacious, and breakfast was good.
Check-in was delayed until 3:45 PM, despite my arrival at 1:00 PM. The reception team appeared to lack adequate training. Each time I asked when the rooms would be ready, I was told they would be available “within the next twenty minutes.” After twenty minutes had passed, I received the same response. The reception team also attributed the delay to the room service team, explaining that they had no control over staff shifts or room priorities.
Wi-Fi performance was inconsistent throughout the stay, with frequent disconnections.
