أجواء المكان لأسلوب التعامل الراقي والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. الطاقم كتير محترم ومتعاون، والاستقبال كان بكل ذوق واحترافية، وهاد الاشي بعكس الإدارة الناجحة والاهتمام الحقيقي براحة الضيوف. وهاد الاشي مش غريب على ناس عندها هالقد ذوق واهتمام. كل الحب والتقدير إلكم، وإن شاء الله دايمًا من نجاح لنجاح، وأكيد مش آخر زيارة شكراً لكل شخص ساهم إنه تكون التجربة اكتر من رائعة ❤️

The rooms were very spacious, hotel very clean and the staff were friendly.
The breakfast spread was good with the exception of the cold cut meat, the turkey slices looked as they tasted, not well.

The Location and infrastructure was very nice. You see, that the hotel is newly build and they put a lot of effort into making a nice building. Rooms are spacious and have good comfort.
The location is central and within walking distance of most attractions.
Unfortunately, everything lacked the "nice touch", everything was superficial. The staff was just lacking the training and it was clearly overstaffed. Sometimes though, the reception was not staffed, even if a 24h-reception was promoted.
Breakfast was very disappointing - toast, processed cheese is not, what we expected.
