During check-in and check out everyone was friendly, I liked coffee in the room and there were two capsules options (different intensity)
I personally didn’t like the hotel. First what surprised me - the bathroom had no door and this was not obvious to me during the booking.
The bench at the entrance of the room looked dirty and I would not want to sit down on that one.
The soundproofing is not good in my opinion, I was listening to the neighbors stomping all night and then all morning long.
At 6am the TV suddenly turned on and scared me so much!
So overall my impression of the hotel is not pleasant as I didn’t get the rest I needed.
