The hotel looks quite new and modern, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is good and there is a kettle and tea/coffee and small fridge in the room.
Good location, near the main station and one block away to the Alster.
Parking was ok, for 29 euros per day.
Beds were quite soft. The bathroom has an open concept, with the shower glass opening directly facing the room's door to the corridor.
We were informed there were vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast, but it was lacking compared to other hotels in the same price range. There was no gluten-free bread options, only rice crackers. We asked staff if there were any vegan yogurt options, but they went to check and never got back to us.

Location was excellent - walking distance from the railway station and in the old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large.
There was a slight buzzing noise, from outside the room I think, that made it difficult for me to get to sleep.

Location and room were excellent.
We arrived to the hotel early in the morning around 10am after an early morning flight. We knew the check-in time is 3pm and we were fine with it, expecting the staff could show some flexibility to expedite the preparation of the room. This didn't happen. We checked-in a few minutes past 3pm, the staff was confused because she wasn't informed by her colleague who initially had this. I believe the hotel would do a much greater job if they could accommodate such requests.
