Close location to CCH. Quiet area near U. of Hamburg. Friendly and kind staff. Also near train stations of S Bahn and U Bahn.
It may be better to have an English speaking channel on TV.

The room itself was super nice.
We needed to carry the stroller until we reached EG. We didn’t like the part where the reception is from another hotel.

Cozy, warm, nice, pretty, very very nice crew!!!
The room was SMALL!!! Very small, like a box. The bathroom was even smaller, so small that I had to struggle to open the shower cubicle and it was impossible to stand in between the wall and the shower cubicle and wash hands at basin or brush teeth! Impossible, how did they build that? I wonder if all rooms are small! Not worth the money. In this heat, there was no A/C and limited ventilation in the room. Its so confusing, everyday you check which floor is the breakfast.
There was NO COFFEE on my day 4!!! Thank god I moved out.
The hotel is not inclusive for limited mobility persons 😏
