Hotel Vila Zeus

Perfect hotel for our morning flight the following morning. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, great breakfast and 5 mins walk to the terminal . Rooms were surprisingly quiet with the windows closed, despite very noisy roads outside

Kids were excited about the jet showers, but these did not work in either room. The rooms could use a little updating, peeling wallpaper etc, but this didn't affect our stay really

Lovely breakfast. Friendly and helpful personnel. Helped to get a taxi with a fixed price. Nice countryside view from my room. And a fridge in the room was a needy surprise.

Hotel was not easy to find arriving in the middle of the night at the airport. There is no street address. There are no signs at the airport and getting out of the area by foot was a dangerous adventure .... Please include clear Instructions onnyour web site how to reach the hotel by foot from the airport.

Très proche de l'aéroport, je pense même moins de 10 minutes à pied. Ils nous avaient préparé une petite collation à 4h15, l'avion décollait à 6. Top merci.

The bed was comfortable, and it was only an 8-minute walk to the airport, which was very convenient as we had an early flight. Despite all the reviews we read (after we had already booked the hotel) about the unfriendly staff, we actually had a really friendly and helpful guy who was happy to think along with us. At 4 AM, we were given two bananas, some cake, and a yoghurt for breakfast. The official breakfast doesn’t start until 7 AM, so we appreciated that they provided us with something to eat before our early flight. It was perfectly fine for us.

As the other reviews have already mentioned, the hotel is very outdated and run-down. Our room was in very poor condition: the paint was peeling off the walls, the shower was terrible, the toilet kept running, and everything was very old. For a short stay from 8 PM until 4 AM, it was manageable, as the bed was okay, but don’t expect any luxury whatsoever. To make matters worse, this was actually our most expensive night in Albania, which made the poor and run-down condition of the room even more disappointing. The only real advantage was that the hotel is close to the airport. That’s basically the only reason it still gets a mediocre 5/10 from us.
