This was our first night in Paris and we loved this location and room. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and loved seeing it sparkle each evening. The two bedroom apartment with a sofa bed was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Susan at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful We were able to leave our luggage the day we were leaving so we had some time to sightsee without worrying about our luggage.
It was perfect!

location was good
I was not given the room I had booked. It was on the ground floor, not as pictured online. Reception staff were very unhelpful and told me I could just get a refund if I didn't like it which was not feasible when I had two small children with me and nowhere else to stay.
