We loved everything about this place. The location is amazing, right in the heart of berat castle. The hosts were very kind and helpful and the food is amazing! The best breakfast, lunch and dinner we had in Albania by far!

The family running this hotel is hard-working, kind, and truly makes the stay special. They really made us feel welcomed and like we were staying with their family. It was such a pleasure to be with them. The food was exceptional and offered at a very fair price. It is special to stay inside the castle grounds and allows you to explore in the morning and evenings when the crowds are less. Also, there are buses you can catch to and from the Berat town if you want to go into the city center but do not want to walk back up to the castle because it is a steep climb.

Emplacement au cœur du château Très bon petit déjeuner avec une jolie vue Personnel sympathique

Pas d’insonorisation du tout (on entend les personnes qui sont au restaurant et sur la terrasse comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre). Chambre petite/peu pratique, lit assez court avec un cadre en bois (attention à ceux qui font plus d’1m80), peu de rangement pour les vêtements. Très forte odeur de canalisation qui vient de la salle de bain et se diffuse dans la chambre. Nous devions passer deux nuits à Berat mais avons changé d’hôtel pour la deuxième nuit.
